The initial training is anticipated to last for five days or until the franchisor feels franchisees are fully competent to operate an independent franchised business. The duration of this training will depend upon the franchisee’s experience, aptitude and progress. Training Overview: Franchisees and the manager(s) of the franchised business must successfully complete the initial training program to the franchisor’s satisfaction before opening in order to be eligible to open their franchised business. Specifically, franchisees engage in the provision of onsite and off-site surveillance, executive security services, and security consulting services for contracting clients.
